Digital Learning & Chromebook Support At Home:
If you have any questions or your student is experiencing issues at home please submit a tech ticket by emailing:

Call the Digital Learning Support Line at 978-526-5606 during the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm. Please be sure to provide the Asset Tag of the device and a thorough description of the problem or issue.
Students
Digital Learning & Chromebook Support At School:
Elementary School Student Chromebook Support
At the Elementary level the Building Based DLS or DL Para will initiate the ticket for a student with an issue which requires insurance while the student is at school.
NRMS & NRHS Media Center Student Chromebook Support
Students at the MS/HS campus are asked to initiate a tech ticket through this accompanied by a Digital Learning Specialist or Digital Learning Support team member to initiate tracking of the issue. This process is the beginning of identifying the damage, insurance status and responsibilities potentially related to the repair.
