PreK-12 Action Team

The North Reading Public Schools PreK-12 Action Team is a part of the North Reading Community Impact Team that focuses on creating a positive school climate through programs for young people and parent support.  Its goals include providing informational programs, helping parents support their children, and reviewing subcommittees on topics like equity, health, and social media. The team meets throughout the year and includes subcommittees for Equity & Belonging, Health and Wellness, Recess & Outdoor Time, and Social Media and Cell Phone Use for the 2025-26 school year.

  • Purpose: To improve the school climate by providing informational programs for students, supporting parents, and addressing key issues within the PreK-12 community.
  • Focus areas for 2025-26:

    • Social Media and Cell Phone Use
