Welcome Laura Bantle Registered Dietitian

Please join me in welcoming Laura Bantle to the North Reading team. In partnership with Chartwells, Laura Bantle will serve as the District’s new Registered Dietitian.  Laura will be serving North Reading, Melrose, Amesbury and South Berwick/Eliot school districts. She completed her degree in culinary nutrition at Johnson & Wales University and her dietetic internship at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado. She is passionate about making nutrition fun and simple, while emphasizing the importance it has on people’s lives. Working for years in adult and pediatric obesity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital has led Laura to be passionate about preventative health that can often begin in childhood and adolescence. She has two children and enjoys spending time outside with her family. The District is excited to welcome Laura to North Reading! Having Laura join our team will enable us to provide the nutrition and dietary support for families and enhance the Food Service Program in North Reading.
