Conferences
Dear Members of the J. Turner Hood School Community,
We will be hosting Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 (evening), Thursday, December 5, and Friday December 6, 2019. Conferences allow for meaningful conversations focused on the most important part of the J. Turner Hood Elementary family, our students. We look forward to this dialogue in an effort to be partners in the education of our children.
A link to schedule your conferences will be sent along on Tuesday, November 19th.
Once you get to this website, very clear directions will be given to you with each click of your mouse. You will be able to sign up for each of your child's teacher’s conferences using this system. Please know that this is a first come first serve system. The link will be accessible beginning the afternoon (1:00 PM) of November 19th until the end of the school day November 29th.
If you don't have Internet access, we ask that you call Mrs. String in our main office @ 978-664-7817 ext. 0 to schedule a conference with a specific teacher.
Our conference days and times are as follows:
- Wednesday, December 4, 2019- 5:00-8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, December 5, 2019- 1:00-3:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 6, 2019- 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Please remember that these days will be early release days for students and staff in order to accommodate the conference schedule.
Half-day Kindergarten- Mrs. Liekweg’s class will attend school on Wednesday December 4, 2019 and be dismissed at 11:45. Mrs. Liekweg’s class will not attend school on Thursday, December 5, and Friday December 6, 2019.
Each conference with teachers will be 15 minutes.
