Scheduling an Appointment with Your Guidance Counselor

Guidance Counselor Appointments

Power Block Appointments
During the first week or two of each school year, the guidance counselors will not pre-schedule power block appointments because we are typically working with students who have questions about their class schedules.  During this time period, students can simply seek out their counselor for assistance.

After the first week or two of each school year, students can sign up for a power block appointment by using their counselor's appointment calendar.  A link for each counselor's appointment calendar is below.  Students may also stop by the guidance office and schedule an appointment using the tablet in the waiting area of the office.  Please read the following information and then select the link for your counselor's calendar to schedule a power block appointment.

When a student wishes to schedule a power block appointment with his/her guidance counselor, he/she should use his/her counselor’s appointment calendar to schedule an appointment.  While logged in to your Chromebook or your school Google account, please click on the link for your counselor's appointment calendar below and look for a date and time for an appointment that works for you. Please then come to the guidance office on the date/time of your appointment.  If you require a pass, please stop by the guidance office to obtain one ahead of time.

Other Appointment Times
Students can email their guidance counselor directly if they wish to schedule an appointment at a time other than power block.  As counselors’ schedules allow, appointment times may be available before or after school.  Whenever possible, students should not be missing scheduled class time for a guidance appointment. This being said, students can come to the guidance office at any time during the school day if an urgent matter arises.
